These guys are friendly, professional, and their prices seem fair. Have taken my vehicle there a number of times and have always been pleased with their service. Definitely recommended!
You guys used to be my go-to. The work was always done well and I never felt like you were trying to sell me stuff I didn't need or want. But over the last few years it seems like you don't want my business anymore. Every time I call it's like I'm being talked out of bringing my cars there. Maybe you guys have enough business these days and don't need mine anymore. After another disappointing response to my call today, I called Edgewater Tire and Auto and they were eager to help me out. So that's where I'm going to go. I don't know if their work is as good, but at least they sounded like they wanted the work.

To whom may concern, I have been faithful customer of Bowie store for the pass 15 years or more. Over the years I have had numerous vehicles serviced at this location. If you check my account history ,Michael Reilley ,you will see I have spent 10,000 dollars at a minimum. I call a couple days before and ask if 0800 appointment is available. If confirmed on the phone I arrive 0750 drop the vehicle off and walk 1/4 mile home. I am usually contacted by 0930 or 1000 hours and advised the vehicle is ready. Sometimes the caller will advise vehicle needs brakes , wipers, etc. and I advised persons to complete the recommended repairs.. I called yesterday morning and talked to Tom and he advised I was good . I dropped at 0750 this morning . At 1200 hours I called and Dave advised I was a will-call and they will fit in when they can.. I advised I going to work at 1400 hours.. I asked if vehicle would be ready ? Dave who appears he could care less advised " I doubt it.. Dave made no attempt to address my concerns and his attitude was very uncaring..I advised him due to time restrictions I was coming to get the vehicle, work not done .No offer to bring vehicle back in tomorrow, sorry for the confusion can we reschedule ,nothing .. Unfortunately I am going to find a new establish to take my business. May I add when Tom is working it was a pleasure to bring my vehicles as he was professional at all times..
